Key Practice Areas: Reception, Office Administration Assisting paralegals and attorneys
Key Job Responsibilities: Answering and managing a busy telephone system. Meeting and greeting clients, guests and vendors. Scheduling appointments making sure the client is prepared for their consultation with the attorney or paralegal. Calendaring conference rooms, managing the firm's records retention program and assisting the firm in its document scanning program. Assist paralegals and attorneys with funding and entity management.

Job Satisfaction: Having owned my own business for many years I understand the importance of good client relations which often is the result of a great first impressions. I enjoy making sure things run smoothly in the front office.
Personal Interest: I enjoy reading, especially mysteries, Bios and a good romance and soccer and baseball. My grandkids give me great pleasure and happiness. I love family time together; going to the grandkids sporting events. My husband and I enjoy vacations at Birch Bay, Lake Chelan and the Hawaiian islands. Over the past several years I have developed an interest in wine and the various regions where it is grown.
